The Department of Neurobiology and Physiology, as part of Northwestern University, has reported that adults who lived sedentary lives, and who later did at least four sessions a week of aerobic exercise, found that their sleep quality improved. The findings report that participants of the study expressed feeling less depressed and more wakeful during the day.
